About Me
David Iori
I’m a Freelance Photographer based in Sydney Australia, I’ve been a photographer for over 20 years.
The majority of my colour work today is shot with Digital. I am fortunate that there are so many amazing places to shoot here in Sydney and in Australia.
I love shooting in Black and White as well, I develop and hand print all my Black and White prints in my darkroom. My Black and White work is shot on film 35mm and 120 medium format 6 x 7, they are not digitally converted from colour.
All my digital artwork work is processed by me in my Digital darkroom, my panoramas are digitally processes then they are wet developed on Fujiflex paper.
Fujiflex is a thick polyester-based material that incorporates a super-smooth, extremely high gloss finish. It produces extended contrast, exceptional colour's, deep blacks and clean whites, it’s the finest quality professional material available today, this results in what is arguably the highest quality photographic prints in the world today.
I have a vast selection of quality wall art that will look amazing in your café, office, restaurant or your home.
If you’re looking for that special picture or posters, a framed print, or a canvas print, please have a look through my gallery and if there’s something you desire, please don’t hesitate to contact me. If you have a special request, there’s a chance I will have the perfect image that you could give as a gift as well.
I'm also available to come out on location on assignment and take a selection of photos. I can print them on postcards, enlarge them to suit your requirements, or supply them in digital format so you can upload them to your web site.
Standard Panorama Prints 30” x 10” to 60" x 20" @ 300 dpi
Custom Panoramas up to 150" x 50" (5.6 x 1.96 meters) @ 300 dpi
Large Custom Panoramas for Billboards 10 meters +
I aim is to capture the moment in my photographs and try to give the viewer the impression that they are standing there beside me. I also think there is something truly satisfying with practising good camera technique – pride of accomplishment I guess.
